This is one of many youngling armor quests. It should result in armor that is lore (other than bracer) no trade, and is Troll Warrior only (often abbreviated as TRL/WAR). Please note that while the bracers are not lore, the bracer materials often are, so make your first bracer before you do the combine to get the material for a second one. The final reward for the quest is a weapon to go along with your new set of armor.
