This quest is given in the form of a task by the mechanical gnome Bellfast at -740, 250 in Corathus Creep. (From the Nektulos Forest zone follow the path up then head southwest through the village, past a dead end path on the left, then down the path straight ahead into another village area.) You will have to do the tasks "Parts for Bellfast" and "More Parts for Bellfast" before he will offer you this one.

You start out with all of the loot steps displayed. Once you loot all you need of a given item, you then see the step to deliver that item to Bellfast.
