Cultural Armor

Similar to the Armor templates, there are books and scrolls that are available from the different historians in the Plane of Knowledge, Crescent Reach and Abysmal Sea. There are three sets of books for these recipes: tailoring and smithing and tinkering. The tinkering books are only available for gnomes. If your race doesn't have a silk/leather wearer, then you won't see a tailoring book and likewise lack of a chain/plate class, then you won't see a smithing book. These books and scrolls contain all the recipes for the different levels of cultural armor. The difference is that you must scribe these books in order to perform the combine. Visbility to these books depends on your skill level.
